Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Fulfillment: Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inventory receiving, inwarding, and dispatching, ensuring 100% SLA compliance.
• Inventory Accuracy: Manage real-time inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, minimize wastage, and manage damages.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage pickers and packers, ensuring staff productivity, safety, and adherence to company policies.
• Quality & Safety: Maintain high standards of store hygiene, cleanliness, and security.
• Data Analysis & KPIs: Monitor daily operational metrics (e.g., dispatch time, order accuracy, stock levels) using MIS reporting and Warehouse Management Systems
