Store Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage daily store operations and lead the store team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage a team of 7–8 store staff members.
• Ensure store sales targets are achieved.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse team in case of stock-outs.
• Handle customer queries and conflict resolution.
• Maintain inventory and smooth store operations.
• Ensure good customer service and store discipline.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in store sales (mandatory).
• Experience in team handling and target achievement.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle customer conflicts and operational issues.
