Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations including opening and closing procedures.

• Ensure the store is clean, organized and well-stocked.

• Monitor and maintain product quality.

• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

• Hire, train, supervise and schedule staff. Handle approx 10-12 members

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.  

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism.

• Monitor daily sales and implement strategies to boost revenue.

• Manage inventory and maintain optimal stock levels.

• Minimize waste and manage cost control.

• Track daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.

• Manage cash register and reconcile receipts.

• Work within set budgets and meet profit goals.

• Promote new products, flavors or seasonal offerings.

• Build relationships with local community to enhance store visibility.
