About Us:

Tumble Dry is India’s leading laundry and dry-cleaning brand, known for its high-quality services and customer satisfaction. We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic individuals to join us as Sales Managers and Operations Managers for our Andheri West and Juhu outlets.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

✅ Drive sales growth by building strong customer relationships and promoting our services

✅ Manage daily operations including pickups, deliveries, and in-store processes

✅ Coordinate with delivery teams and ensure timely service

✅ Interact with customers to resolve queries and enhance their experience

✅ Maintain service quality and manage customer feedback effectively

✅ Handle billing and order processing using basic computer applications

✅ Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the outlet

Key Requirements:

🔹 Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or operations (preferred)

🔹 Strong communication skills in English and Hindi

🔹 Good computer proficiency (MS Excel, billing software, WhatsApp Business etc.)

🔹 Customer-focused, energetic, and responsible

🔹 Ability to multitask and lead a small team if required
