About Gabru Di ChaapGabru Di Chaap is a fast-growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand known for its high-quality food, exceptional service, and strong operational standards. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Store Manager to lead our restaurant operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Store Operations ManagementOversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality control guidelines.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and vendor coordination.
  • Monitor food cost, wastage control, and operational expenses.
  • 2. Team Leadership & DevelopmentManage, train, and motivate the store team (FOH & BOH).
  • Conduct daily briefings, assign duties, and ensure performance standards.
  • Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance reviews.
  • Foster a positive work culture and team engagement.
  • 3. Customer ExperienceEnsure exceptional customer service and quick resolution of customer queries and complaints.
  • Monitor service quality and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Implement suggestive selling and upselling practices.
  • 4. Sales & Revenue ManagementAchieve monthly sales targets and work on strategies to improve revenue.
  • Analyze daily/weekly sales reports and implement corrective measures.
  • Ensure delivery platforms (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.) are managed efficiently.
  • 5. Store Hygiene, Maintenance & ComplianceMaintain cleanliness, ambiance, and upkeep of the store.
  • Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and coordinate repairs.
  • Follow SOPs, statutory compliance, and audit guidelines.
  • 6. Cash & Inventory ControlManage cash handling, billing operations, and daily cash/UPI settlements.
  • Prevent pilferage, maintain accurate stock records, and conduct stock audits.
  • Required Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 2–4 years of experience in QSR/Restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.
  • Knowledge of food cost management, P&L understanding, and QSR operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges.
  • Basic computer literacy (POS systems, Excel, etc.).
  • Preferred AttributesCustomer-focused mindset.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of accountability and integrity.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
