Store Supervisor

• Defining, building & executing the delivery process from delivery station to customer address,
• Closely monitoring Inventory part & make sure good Quality & less Wastages
• Supervising Picking and packing of items to be delivered
• Managing team on warehouse floor
• Ensure there are no Customer concerns or timely resolution of customer grievances
• Engage closely with the delivery team including associates. Developing and maintaining a highly motivated and performance driven team
• Responsible for safety and security of the Delivery centre assets and HR, including inventory and cash.

Desired Profile:

 Strong Knowledge of Logistics processes (not mandatory for fresher)

 People Management (ability to manage a team)

 Good computer and analytical skills

 Good Communication

 Customer Focus
