We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Design Engineer who can independently handle structural design for Pharma facilities, Commercial buildings, PEB, Steel, and Residential projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, coordination skills, and proficiency in structural design software.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

🏗️ Perform structural analysis and design for RCC & steel structures

📊 Prepare design calculations, reports, BOQs, and drawings

📐 Review architectural drawings and finalize structural schemes

🤝 Coordinate with architects, project managers, and site teams

📋 Ensure compliance with IS, ACI, BS, Eurocodes and client standards

📈 Optimize designs for cost efficiency and structural safety

🧾 Review shop and fabrication drawings

🏢 Provide technical support during construction and resolve site issues

👨‍🏫 Mentor junior engineers and review their work

⏱️ Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards

🧠 Required Skills & Competencies:

🧪 Strong knowledge of RCC & steel structural design

💻 Proficiency in ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP2000, Tekla, AutoCAD

📊 Structural analysis & failure analysis expertise

📐 Construction drawings & architectural coordination

📈 Design optimization & project coordination

🧠 Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

🎓 Qualifications:

🎓 B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

📘 M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering (Preferred)

🌟 Preferred Profile:

🏭 Experience in Pharma / regulated industry projects

🏗️ Ability to handle projects independently from concept to execution

🔍 Strong understanding of construction practices and methodologies

📌 Job Details:

🎓 Education: Post Graduate

🗣️ English: Basic English

💼 Experience: Minimum 7 years
