Student Relationship Executive

We are hiring for Student Relationship Executive for one of the leading Ed tech company in Mumbai Sion location

Roles and responsibilities: -

Generate leads from database and map them appropriately.

Handle inbound as well as outbound communication with potential prospects.

Help solve queries and concerns related to the programs/courses.

Route the leads to the appropriate department.

Establishing and maintaining good rapport with existing as well as prospective students.

Provide clear and concise details of the product/program/course as well as explain the entire admission process.

Become a point of contact between the students/parents and the admissions team.

Impart initial counselling to the students/parents when required in order to help them decide which would be the best program/course for them.
