Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities1. Society Coordination & PermissionsVisit the society secretary or resident welfare committee to obtain permission for conducting the medical camp.
  • Clearly explain the camp purpose, services, team details, and setup requirements.
  • 2. Door-to-Door OutreachVisit every house in the assigned society to inform residents about the medical camp.
  • Distribute registration forms to residents and explain how to fill them out.
  • Collect completed forms from households within the given timeline.
  • 3. Camp Management & SupervisionSupervise the team of nurses and optometrists during the camp.
  • Ensure smooth patient flow, proper setup, and efficient coordination.
  • Troubleshoot any onsite issues and maintain discipline during the camp.
  • Ensure all medical and safety protocols are followed throughout the event.
  • 4. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate records of forms distributed and collected.
  • Track daily progress and prepare a summary report after each camp.
  • Communicate regularly with management regarding camp activities and requirements.
  • Candidate RequirementsMinimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
  • Good communication skills and confidence in interacting with society members.
  • Comfortable doing fieldwork and door-to-door visits.
  • Ability to manage medical staff like nurses and optometrists.
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
