Role Overview


The Service Lead is responsible for managing front-of-house service operations while preparing a limited beverage menu that includes cold brew coffee, matcha drinks, and house-made cheong beverages.

This role combines customer service leadership, beverage preparation, and order coordination, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the quality and care behind our products.


Key Responsibilities


  • Customer Service - As a cloud bakery, most of our interactions with customers will be over phone calls, messages, and follow-ups
  • Assist customers with general queries and grievances
  • Handle aggregatoy orders, takeaway orders, and basic POS transactions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area
  • Prepare beverages to recipe standards, including cold brew coffee drinks, matcha-based beverages, and cheong-based drinks (Korean fruit syrup beverages)
  • Ensure adherence to recipes and presentation
  • Proper beverage hygiene and equipment care
  • Efficient service during busy periods
  • Basic food prep for sandwich menu
  • Manage daily opening and closing service routines
  • Train staff to follow SOPs
  • Set the tone for service standards and professionalism
  • Help train new staff in packaging, service and beverage preparation
  • Support smooth communication between kitchen and service team


Requirements


  • Previous experience in café, bakery, or hospitality service
  • Comfortable preparing basic coffee and matcha beverages (training will be provided)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Conversational-level English speaking and writing skills
  • Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
