Supply Chain Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Supply Chain & Inventory Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations and stock management for a chemical trading company. The candidate will be responsible for managing inventory across multiple warehouses, ensuring accurate stock levels, maintaining safety standards for chemical storage, and optimizing logistics and supply processes.

• Key Responsibilities1. Inventory & Stock ManagementMonitor and maintain accurate stock levels across multiple warehouse locations
• Implement inventory control systems (FIFO/FEFO for chemicals where applicable)
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
• Track slow-moving, excess, and expired inventory
• Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and traceability of chemical products
• 2. Warehouse CoordinationCoordinate with warehouse teams for stock movement, storage, and dispatch
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for chemical storage
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and stock organization
• Maintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and storage guidelines
• 3. Supply Chain ManagementPlan and manage procurement, replenishment, and distribution of chemicals
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams
• Monitor order fulfillment, dispatch timelines, and delivery schedules
• Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks
• 4. Logistics & DistributionManage inbound and outbound logistics operations
• Optimize transportation costs and routes
• Ensure proper documentation for shipments (invoices, permits, compliance documents)
• 5. Compliance & SafetyEnsure adherence to local regulations for handling and storage of chemicals
• Maintain safety protocols and hazard control measures
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies if required
• 6. Reporting & SystemsMaintain ERP/inventory management system with real-time data
• Generate stock reports, aging reports, and MIS reports
• Analyze data to improve inventory turnover and reduce losses
