Accounts cum Logistics Executive

We are looking for a young, sharp, and proactive professional with strong multitasking abilities to manage accounts, stock, and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily stock inward and outward from the warehouse
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
• Coordinate dispatches with customers, warehouse, and transporters
• Create and issue dispatch orders to warehouse and customers
• Handle logistics coordination and resolve supply or dispatch issues promptly
• Regular coordination via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Ensure smooth movement of goods and timely deliveries

Required Skills:

• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to understand and resolve supply/logistics issues independently
• Good knowledge of accounts, stock handling, and dispatch processes
• Highly organized, responsible, and quick learner

Experience in chemical trading or logistics will be an added advantage.
