Position : Talent Acquisition Executive

Location : Mumbai(Andheri East)

Sal : Up to 30K Gross

Work From Office Only

Timings : 9.30AM to 6.30PM ( Mon To Friday)

Sat & Sunday Are week Off( Only 1st Saturday of each month is working)

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications for non-IT roles (BFSI ONLY).

Sourcing & Attraction: Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards (Naukri, Shine), LinkedIn, internal databases, and social media to build talent pipelines.

Screening & Selection: Conduct initial phone screenings, assess candidate suitability against job criteria, and shortlist qualified candidates.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

BFSI Expertise: Possess knowledge of the BFSI sector, including market conditions and specific role requirements (e.g., bulk hiring for sales roles).

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in non-IT recruitment, ideally within the BFSI sector.

Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.

Experience with high-volume or bulk hiring.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple roles and tight deadlines.
