Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Hiring Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to offer closure
- Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from stakeholders
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical/functional rounds
- Schedule interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience
- Negotiate offers, issue offer letters, and manage joining formalities
- Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
- Use cost-effective sourcing strategies suitable for start up environments
- Drive employee referral programs
- Explore alternate hiring channels (campus, consultants, freelancers)
- Stakeholder Management Work closely with hiring managers to understand timelines and expectations
- Provide regular recruitment status updates
- Act as a trusted recruitment partner to business teams
- Employer Branding Promote company culture and EVP through LinkedIn and job postings
- Support branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates
- Represent the organization positively to candidates
- Data & Compliance Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Track hiring metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance ratio
- Ensure documentation and compliance as per company policies
- Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
