Job Description

  • 📊 Tally Accounting:Record all financial transactions in Tally ERP.
  • Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and reconcile accounts regularly.
  • 📦 Stock Management:
  • Monitor and record inward and outward stock movements.
  • Coordinate with store staff to ensure accurate inventory updates.
  • Conduct periodic stock audits and resolve discrepancies.
  • 🛍️ Daily Store Sales:Track and verify daily sales reports from the store.
  • Reconcile cash, card, and UPI payments with system entries.
  • Prepare daily sales summaries and submit to management.
  • 📁 Documentation & Compliance:
  • Maintain proper documentation for purchases, returns, and stock transfers.
  • Ensure GST and other statutory compliance related to store transactions.
  • 🤝 Coordination:
  • Liaise with store managers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Support monthly closing and reporting activities.
