Job Description
- Data Entry & Bookkeeping: Recording daily sales invoices, purchase orders, bills, and cash/bank transactions.
- Inventory Management: Updating stock levels, managing godowns (warehouses), and recording stock journals.
- Tax Compliance: Handling GST invoicing, calculating TDS/TCS, and preparing data for tax return filings.
- Banking & Reconciliation: Matching company account records with bank statements to ensure accuracy.
- Financial Reporting: Generating essential reports like Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and Trial Balances for management review.
- Payroll Management: Calculating employee salaries, deductions, and benefits within the Tally system.
