Role Description

The Tally Care Executive will serve as the primary contact for clients, providing support and resolving issues related to Tally software usage. Responsibilities include assisting clients with troubleshooting, implementing Tally features, conducting product demonstrations and training sessions, and ensuring clients’ ongoing satisfaction. The role requires maintaining documentation and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs effectively. This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tally software, including Tally setup, usage, troubleshooting, and customization
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to address technical challenges effectively
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing client relationships and conducting product training sessions
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and handle multiple client inquiries
• Working knowledge of accounting and financial principles is a strong advantage
• A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in Tally support or software customer service will be beneficial
