Tally Operator

Job Title: Tally Operator (Showroom)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tally Operator to manage billing, accounting entries, and day-to-day financial records of the showroom using Tally software.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle billing and invoicing using Tally
• Maintain daily sales, purchase, and expense entries
• Manage GST entries, returns, and basic compliance
• Maintain stock/inventory records in coordination with showroom staff
• Handle cash, bank entries, and reconciliation
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Coordinate with management and auditors when required

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience as a Tally Operator or Accounts Executive

Good knowledge of Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime)

Basic knowledge of GST and accounting principles

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations

Accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
