Tally Operator

We are looking for an experienced Tally Operator to manage daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records using Tally software. The candidate should have good knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting practices.

Responsibilities:

• Enter purchase and sales invoices in Tally
• Maintain daily accounting records and ledgers
• Manage GST entries and billing
• Handle stock entries and inventory records
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Generate reports such as sales, purchase, and outstanding reports
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records

Requirements:

• Good experience working with Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Basic knowledge of accounting and GST
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)
• Prior experience as a Tally Operator or Accountant preferred

Experience:

1 year minimum
