Tally Support Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring Tally Support Executives to assist our clients in the effective use of Tally software for accounting and business operations. This role is ideal for candidates from a commerce background with strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience in Tally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote support to clients for Tally-related queries and accounting processes.
• Help clients in managing day-to-day accounting activities using Tally.
• Ensure clients understand how to use Tally effectively as per their business needs.
• Assist with basic Tally setup and configuration as required.
• Provide excellent service and ensure the Tally software runs smoothly for clients.
• Maintain proper records of support provided and feedback received.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: B.Com, BAF, Commerce Background Candidate Only.
• Experience: Freshers to 6 months of experience.
• Age: 20 to 26 years.
• Skills:
• Strong Tally and Account Knowledge.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹14,000 to ₹18,000 per month
