Tamil Telecaller

Job Responsibility

1. Make outbound calls to Tamil-speaking customers to explain products or services.
2. Respond to incoming calls and handle customer inquiries in the Tamil language.
3. Provide accurate information about company products, pricing, and offers.
4. Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
5. Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
6. Build good relationships with customers through polite and professional communication.
7. Resolve customer complaints or forward issues to the concerned department.
8. Meet daily/weekly calling targets and performance goals.
9. Coordinate with the sales team for order processing or customer requirements.
10. Collect customer feedback to help improve products and services.

Sales Support

• Assist the sales team in closing deals.
• Update daily call reports and sales activity.

Social Media / Online Marketing (if required)

• Support marketing through WhatsApp, social media, or online platforms.

Skills Required

• Fluent in Tamil and basic English/Hindi
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Sales and negotiation skills
