Team Leader

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to drive paid merchant acquisition through on-ground sales executives. The role involves managing team performance, achieving sales targets, and improving productivity through effective leadership and KPI tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives for paid subscription sales
• Achieve individual and team sales targets as per SOP
• Hire, train, motivate, and retain the sales team

Eligibility:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (any stream)
• 2–4 years of relevant experience (Indiamart, TradeIndia, Sulekha, Quikr preferred)
• Field sales & cold calling experience mandatory
• Minimum 60% in 10th/12th/Graduation
