Job Title: Telesales Team Leader – Business Loan
Location: Mumbai (Chandivali)
Experience: 3+ years in Business Loan / Financial Product Telesales (Min. 1 year as Team Leader)
- Job Responsibilities:Lead, manage and motivate a team of telesales executives for Business Loan sales.
- Drive team performance to achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Monitor daily calling activities, conversions, and ensure quality lead handling.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to improve team productivity.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
