Job Summary - Team Leader - Chat Support Executive (Night Shift)
The Customer Service Team Lead is responsible for supervising, coaching, and supporting a team of customer service representatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer support. This role focuses on driving team performance, maintaining service standards, resolving escalated customer issues, and collaborating with internal departments to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the customer service team.
- Handle escalated and complex customer issues.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and professional customer support.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Identify trends and recommend service improvements.
- Support training and on boarding of new team members.
