Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and incentive/target-driven Telesales Team Leader to manage and drive sales of Membership Packages. Responsible & comfortable with achieving both personal sales targets as well as team targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets through outbound calls and lead conversion

• Manage with discipline, train and motivate a team of telesales executives

• Assist team members in closing sales

• Track team performance and report sales metrics to management

• Improve sales scripts and objection-handling techniques

Requirements

• 3–6 years experience in telesales sales

• Minimum 1–2 years experience managing telesales teams

• Strong closing and negotiation skills

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets

Preferred Background: Experience in selling:

• Memberships / Loyalty Programs

• Holiday memberships

• Real estate / Financial services

• Insurance / subscription products
