Make sure the outlet and kitchen is clean at all times
Inventory Management - Receiving Stock, PO, GRN, TI/TO
Following all outlet processes and KRAs
Managing float cash and petty cash effectively
Interaction with customers for Order Taking in the store and on call
Using Pet Pooja Pos to manage orders and inventory
Managing shelf life, wastage and ingredients effectively
