Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Members to join our NIC Craft Ice Cream outlet at Borivali. The ideal candidate should be passionate about food service, enjoy interacting with customers, and maintain high standards of hygiene and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting ice cream and other menu items

Handle billing and cash transactions accurately

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the outlet

Prepare and serve ice creams as per brand standards

Follow food safety and quality control procedures

Support the store team in daily operations and stock management

Requirements:

Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate

Experience: 0–1 year in QSR / Café / Ice Cream / Food & Beverage industry (Freshers can apply)

Good communication and customer service skills

Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
