low stock.

• Perform stocking and food rotation tasks according to set guidelines.

• Set up the store by arranging all toppings neatly and ensuring everything is stocked and

ready for service.

• Assist in the preparation of frozen yogurt flavors to ensure they are fresh and available

for customers.

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues for timely and accurate

order processing.

• Ensure kitchen and dining areas are kept clean and well-maintained, meeting company

standards.

• Address customer inquiries and provide support throughout their experience.

• Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer queries regarding services.
