Team Member

As a Team Member, you’ll be the face of our café, delivering outstanding service and ensuring every cupis served to perfection. From crafting exceptional coffee to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, yourrole is essential in creating an experience that keeps customers coming back. You’ll work closely with yourteam, support shift leaders, and ensure smooth operations throughout the day.

Key Qualifications:• Prior experience in the coffee or F&B industry is preferred but not required.• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to jump in and support as needed.• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.Preferred Skills:• Knowledge of coffee preparation and a passion for creating the perfect cup.• Basic understanding of POS systems and cash handling.• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.• Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Work Schedule:• Full-time & Hourly shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.• Flexibility and reliability are key—we’re all about supporting each other to deliver the bestexperience!
