Role OverviewAs a Team Member at Good Flippin' Burgers, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service in a fast-paced quick-service restaurant environment. You’ll work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and assemble burgers, sides, and beverages as per company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and service areas
- Take customer orders accurately and handle billing (POS system)
- Ensure fast and friendly customer service
- Follow food safety and quality guidelines
- Assist in inventory stocking and basic prep work
- Work collaboratively with team members during busy shifts
