Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per annum

Spectra7 HR Solutions is hiring experienced Sales Engineers for a reputed client in the fire & safety engineering domain. Priority will be given to candidates with strong technical and industry-specific exposure.

WHO CAN APPLY (MANDATORY EXPERIENCE)Candidates must have experience in ANY of the following industries:

• Automobile

• Fire / Safety / Emergency Vehicles

• B2G (Business-to-Government) Sales

• Oil & Gas

• ONGC

• Steel Industry

• Engineering Industry

• BPCL / HPCL / IOCL

• PSU Client Handling

• Government Tendering & Technical Sales

Experience in sales of technical/industrial products with government or PSU clients is essential.

QUALIFICATIONS• Diploma / Degree – Mechanical or Electrical

• B.Sc. Chemistry / B.Sc. Physics

• Strong technical understanding required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Sales of firefighting vehicles, specialty vehicles & safety equipment

• Tendering, bidding & documentation (GeM, Ariba, Government portals)

• Meeting govt. bodies, OEMs, PSU officials & corporate stakeholders

• Technical & commercial proposal preparation

• Negotiations, market analysis & sales target achievement

• Coordination with backend, service & technical teams
