Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1 Identifying prospective customers

2 Visits to customers

3. Receiving inquiries from customers.

4. Maintaining inquiry-related records

5. Coordinate for price finalization & send quotations to Customers in consultation with the CEO

6. Follow up with customers to receive orders

7 Correspondence / communication with customers

8. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

9. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

10. Receiving Customer Suggestions/Complaints

11. Building and maintaining profitable and safe business relations with major clients and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms & reporting the results to the management.

12. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

13. To receive & analyze customer inquiries, be sure to gather complete information from the customer.

14. Interacting and cultivating relations with the customers to explore possibilities of getting new business from existing and new customers.

15. To coordinate with customers for payment collection.

16 To log-in the customer complaints & hand over the details to team and coordinate and ensure customer satisfaction

17. Building and maintaining profitable and safe business relations with major clients and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms & reporting the results to the management.

18. To strategize & budget quarterly sales, focusing on increasing market share.

19 To cultivate customer & project data and hand it over to the management on monthly basis

20. To prepare and discuss sales forecasts on a monthly basis & discuss the same with the management.

21. Share market insights with the management and contribute to building short-term & long-term sales goals.

22. Executing the duties of the position such that the focus is more largely proactive than reactive.
