Technical Service Advisor

• Capable of handling Customer service requests
• Scrutinize estimates and provide approvals for service & repairs to workshop
• Coordinate with insurance Co. & workshop for accident management
• Provide Customers with technical information for the upkeep of the vehicle
•  To proactively design measures / processes to enhance Customer experience
• Ensure coordination between all departments in regard to payment of invoices to dealers
• Responsible for maintaining healthy relationship with vendors
• To ensure approval cost well within the budgets

To actively participate with team in projects related to CSD
