Technical Support Engineer

Provide first- and second-level technical support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals

Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or engineering teams

Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions, and resolutions in support systems

Assist users with system usage, best practices, and basic training

Monitor system performance and report recurring issues
