Job Summary:We are looking for a Software Support Executive who will be responsible for installing software, training customers, providing technical support, and solving client issues efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of SQL Server and databases, and the ability to learn quickly.

• Key Responsibilities:Installation and setup of our proprietary software at remotely.
• Provide software training and explain features to customers in a clear, simple way.
• Respond to technical issues and complaints raised by users and resolve them effectively.
• Present software solutions to prospective customers during demos or meetings.
• Maintain documentation of support cases and follow up for closure.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in regional language and Hindi/English.
• Collaborate with the development team to report bugs or feature requests.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective support and service.
• Required Skills:Basic knowledge of SQL Server, Express, and databases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Quick learner with a customer-first mindset.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in computer operations and common software tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred Languages:Fluency in regional language is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Hindi and English is preferred.
