International Blended Technical Sales Role

We are currently hiring for a Blended Technical Sales Process with an attractive salary package and excellent growth opportunities.

Location: Mumbai (Malad / Thane)

Work Mode: Work from Office

Compensation & Benefits:

• CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA
• Monthly Take-Home: ₹34,500 approx.
• Retention Bonus: ₹1,00,000

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate / HSC with relevant experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice / Blended / Technical Sales
• Versant Score: 75 or above (Mandatory)
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Strong technical understanding and troubleshooting ability

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions (Voice + Chat)
• Assist customers with technical queries related to software/products
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or upgrades
• Drive sales conversions by pitching relevant products/services
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers effectively
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales updates
• Meet sales targets, KPIs, and quality benchmarks
