- INCENTIVES PROVIDED
- Should be able to communicate in English & Hindi (Intermediate level).
- Speaking any other south Indian languages is an added advantage.
- Knowledge on computer, OS and different versions of windows and Mac. Customer support experience is mandatory.
- Conducting inbounds calls to potential clients and customers to promote our products and services.
- Managing and nurturing leads through follow-up calls and emails.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales in our CRM system.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any queries or concerns.
