Job Title: Tele Collection Executive

Qualification: Minimum HSC/Graduate

Certification: Mandatory – DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certificate

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound collection calls to customers for overdue payments across various loan products.
• Explain outstanding dues, interest, and payment terms in a clear and professional manner.
• Follow RBI and company guidelines strictly during communication.
• Negotiate and convince customers to make timely repayments or settle accounts.
• Update call details, follow-up status, and payment commitments in the system accurately.
• Coordinate with field collection teams for difficult or high-risk cases.
• Identify skip/absconding cases and escalate as needed.
• Maintain high call quality, compliance, and productivity KPIs.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with patience and professionalism.
• Basic understanding of loan products and collection processes.
• Good typing skills and knowledge of CRM/collection software.
• High level of integrity and adherence to compliance norms.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in tele-collections preferred.
• Freshers with DRA certificate may also apply.
