Tele Sales Officer

Job Role: Phone Sales Executive – Life Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell life insurance policies through outbound & inbound phone calls
• Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and terms clearly to customers
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
• Handle objections and close sales over the phone
• Maintain customer data and call records in CRM systems
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams for policy issuance
• Provide post-sales support and renewal reminders

Required Skills:

• Good communication & convincing skills
• Ability to build trust over calls
• Basic knowledge of life insurance products
• Target-driven and result-oriented
• Comfortable with CRM and digital tools
