Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to call provided leads and explain our services. The role involves speaking with customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and converting leads into potential appointments.

• Responsibilities:
• Call assigned leads on a daily basis
• Explain company services clearly
• Answer customer queries politely
• Follow up with interested customers
• Maintain basic call records and feedback
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets

Good communication skills

Knowledge of Hindi/English/Marathi (or local language)

Ability to handle calls professionally
