Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Tele caller – Sales to handle outbound/inbound calls, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and focused on achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers

Explain company products and services clearly and confidently

Generate leads and close sales over calls

Follow up with interested clients to ensure conversions

Maintain call records and update customer details in CRM

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

Coordinate with the sales and management teams

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (any stream)

Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling or sales

Strong communication and convincing skills

Ability to handle objections and close deals

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

Positive attitude with a sales-oriented mindset
