Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

Introduce and explain the company's products/services.

Generate interested leads and schedule follow-ups or appointments.

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the system.

Follow the calling script and achieve daily/weekly lead generation targets.

Handle customer queries and provide basic information about the services.

Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years experience in Telecalling / Lead Generation(Fresher can also Apply).

Good communication skills (Hindi & English).

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools.

Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.
