Telecaller

A Telesales Representative drives revenue by selling products, services, or soliciting donations directly to customers over the phone. Key responsibilities include making high-volume outbound calls, engaging prospects, meeting sales targets, and maintaining accurate client records in a CRM. They must possess strong persuasion and communication skills. 

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Contact potential or existing customers to promote products or services.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals.
• Lead Generation & Nurturing: Identify potential customers and build relationships.
• Objection Handling: Address customer concerns and overcome hesitations to close sales.
• Information Maintenance: Update and maintain customer databases (CRM) with contact info, notes, and transaction records.
• Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of products/services to explain features and benefits clearly.
