Telecaller

Job Responsibilities -

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential leads for personal loans through outbound cold calling and following up on marketing-generated inquiries.

• Need Analysis & Profiling: Conduct detailed conversations to understand a customer's financial requirements and verify their eligibility based on salary and credit criteria.

• Product Explanation: Clearly explain personal loan features, including interest rates, processing fees, repayment tenure, and required documentation to potential borrowers.

• Document Coordination: Inform customers about required proof of income (salary slips, bank statements) and coordinate with internal teams for processing.

• Relationship Management: Build rapport with prospects and maintain a healthy pipeline through regular follow-ups until the loan is disbursed or the case is closed.

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily call volume targets and monthly lead conversion and loan closure
