Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, handling inquiries, and generating sales or leads.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
• Provide detailed information about products/services.
• Maintain a database of customer information.
• Follow up with customers for feedback or further engagement.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets.
• Maintain professionalism and build a good rapport with customers.
• Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
