📌 Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone, introducing our services, and generating high-quality leads. You should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive attitude to drive sales growth.

🧾 Key Job Responsibilities

• Call potential customers and explain property details and offers
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Generate, qualify, and maintain leads through telecalling
• Schedule site visits for sales executives
• Follow up with interested and existing customers
• Maintain accurate call records, lead data, and follow-up details
• Handle customer queries with a polite and professional approach

Educational Qualification & Experience

• Any Graduation / HSC / SSC from a recognized board or university
• Experience in Telecalling / BPO / KPO / Back Office operations will be an added advantage
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
• Experience in existing customer calling, follow-ups, and lead coordination preferred

Preferred Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal communication skills (Marathi, Good English preferred)
• Experience in inbound and outbound calling
• Ability to handle customer queries, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling

Working Hours Policy

1. This policy applies to all employees of the company
2. Office Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
