Job Description
- Outbound Calling: Contact potential customers to pitch products/services, schedule appointments, and generate sales leads.
- Inbound Handling: Answer incoming calls, provide product details, and address customer questions or issues.
- Customer Interaction: Explain features/benefits, process orders, resolve complaints, and gather feedback.
- Data Management: Log call details, update customer information in CRM, and maintain accurate records.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily/monthly call volume and sales targets set by management.
