Job Description:We are looking for energetic and target-driven Telemarketing Executives to join our sales team. The role involves outbound calling to potential customers and selling Justdial subscription plans.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the given database.
• Explain Justdial subscription features and benefits clearly.
• Convince customers to purchase subscription packages.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain call logs and update CRM with customer responses.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle basic objections.
• Follow company sales scripts and guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum HSC Pass.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi/English.
• Confident, persuasive, and good at objection handling.
• Prior telesales/telemarketing experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a target-based environment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
