Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential candidates for overseas job opportunities.
- Explain job details, requirements, salary, and benefits clearly to candidates.
- Screen candidates on basic eligibility (documents, experience, skills).
- Maintain and update candidate databases in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the HR and operations team for interview scheduling.
- Follow up with candidates for document submission, visa processing, and deployment.
- Meet daily/weekly calling and hiring targets.
