Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller who will be responsible for making outbound calls and handling inbound calls from customers, explaining company products and services, generating leads, following up with prospects, resolving customer queries and complaints, maintaining call records in CRM or Excel, and achieving daily and monthly targets. The candidate should have good communication skills in English/Hindi/local language, basic computer knowledge, a polite and patient attitude, and the ability to handle customers professionally. Freshers or experienced candidates can apply, with minimum qualification of 10th/12th or graduation, and willingness to work as per company timings and performance goals.
